Te’Andre succeeds Emmett Drane, who has led the company with distinction since 2008.
Te’Andre brings more than 20 years’ industry expertise and a proven track record of success to his new role as President and CEO of DFS. His strategic approach to process development, business growth, and client relations makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead DFS’ evolution.
Most recently, Te’Andre served as Chief Operating Officer of Design and Construction at IWG, where he oversaw the rollout of the design and construction program while driving efficiency and innovation. His career includes senior positions at CBRE, where he managed large-scale operations and significantly contributed to business expansion. At Johnson Controls and HDDS Inc., he progressed from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and Director, consistently demonstrating leadership and excellence.
Community Focused
Beyond his professional achievements, Te’Andre is deeply committed to community service. As a Planning Commissioner for Louisville Metro Government, he has guided economic growth and development. His past leadership roles with River City Housing and Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville have significantly impacted community housing initiatives, reflecting his dedication to making a difference.

Before joining DFS, Emmett served as Vice President at a Cincinnati-based MBE construction firm from 2000 to 2007, where he managed business development, strategic planning, and construction. His career began at Cincinnati Bell, Inc., where he held multiple leadership roles over 25 years, ultimately becoming Director of Business Installation & Repair Operations.
Emmett’s vision and dedication have been instrumental in shaping DFS into the reputable and successful company we are today. His commitment to quality, innovation, and community engagement has left a lasting impact on the industry and the communities we serve.
