Emmett has over 30 years of Corporate Operations and Project Management experience including commercial, construction, business development, client services, contract negotiation and real estate property management.



Paul has been active in the construction and real estate industry for more than 35 years in a variety of disciplines. As one of the founding members of DFS he has managed processes and procedures for the execution of the projects.

William has over 37 years of corporate experience in a variety of disciplines including Corporate Real Estate, Client Relationship Management, Information Technology and Shared Services.  He is a graduate of Alabama A&M University where he earned a degree in Computer Science.  He spent over 33 years with Procter & Gamble (P&G) prior to his most recent role with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).  At JLL, he led the Bank of America Account and the development of business intelligence and information technology strategies for the Americas Brokerage organization.  He has a proven track record in being able to understand business needs; develop focused strategies; collaborating, innovating, leading change and achieving business results.


William’s experience at P&G included Director of Client Management for Global Business Services.  He led Global Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management leading a first-time global Vested Outsourcing to JLL for over 125 sites across 55 countries. He managed the P&G outsourcing governance organization and relationship between the business and JLL.  In previous roles at P&G, William lead Global Business Analytics, Workplace and the Human Resources IT organization.  He played a major leadership role in the integration of Gillette into P&G and in benchmarking with the Navy SEALs, American Red Cross and others to learn innovative techniques for team readiness and rapid deployment.



William led the JLL Diversity & Inclusion Council and served on the City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County Enterprise Technology Services Governance Board.  He led in the creation of the Striving to Transform, Enrich, Empower, Reward (STEER) mentoring program between P&G and the University of Cincinnati. William is also a member of the Information Technology Senior Managers Forum (ITSMF).
