Emmett has over 30 years of Corporate Operations and Project Management experience including commercial construction, business development, client services, contract negotiation and real estate property management. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University where earned a BS degree in Construction Management. For over a decade Emmett has been involved in every aspect of the construction industry and has developed the experience, knowledge and leadership skills necessary to be successful in today’s competitive environment.
Paul A. Poppleton

Paul has been active in the construction and real estate industry for more than 35 years in a variety of disciplines. As one of the founding members of DFS he has managed processes and procedures for the execution of the projects. His insights and experience as a contractor, developer, and business owner provides the foundation of Diversified Facility Solution’s philosophy: “Working from the Owner’s viewpoint”.

William has over 37 years of corporate experience in a variety of disciplines including Corporate Real Estate, Client Relationship Management, Information Technology and Shared Services. He is a graduate of Alabama A&M University where he earned a degree in Computer Science. He spent over 33 years with Procter & Gamble (P&G) prior to his most recent role with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). At JLL, he led the Bank of America Account and the development of business intelligence and information technology strategies for the Americas Brokerage organization. He has a proven track record in being able to understand business needs; develop focused strategies; collaborating, innovating, leading change and achieving business results.

Expert business acumen and skilled in identifying issues and developing successful approaches to resolving problems, gaining consensus and win-win solutions.
