DFS stripped the entire roofing material down to the original roof subsurface. Then we installed new underlayment, ice shield, and shingles.

DFS performs as a Construction Manager on large construction projects for a predetermined fee. As the construction professional on the project team, the Construction Manager works with the owner and the Architect/Engineer from the beginning of the project through the completion of construction.


The Construction Manager takes a lead role in the pre-construction processes so as to monitor the cost through design and implementation. The Construction Manager provides leadership on all matters relating to construction, keeps the project team informed and monitors the schedule, as well as maintains any relationships with the City, County and any other agency, as required.
